Rules:

You draft a deck of 40 cards +1 for your tiny leader. The CMC of every card that makes the final deck must share a color with your tiny leader, but the text of the card can have a different color. For example, you can play lingering souls in a Naya tokens deck, and use a Godless shrine to splash for the flashback, but you couldn't play a Blood Artist in your Naya deck. The same goes for adventures. You can only play them if the primary card matches your leader's color identity. So you couldn't play Kellan in a Temur deck, but you could play the Otter in a Bant deck.
