Each player gets two 30 card half-decks. Each half-deck has a commander with partner.
Each 30 card half-deck contains: 1 commander with partner; 11-12 basic lands; 1 ChoiceGate or Command Tower; 1-2 rares/mythics depending on commander rarity; and the others are any mix of common and uncommon cards. This is done to promote relatively consistent power levels between commanders.
There are currently 56 commanders (minus Prismatic Piper) with partner, so this battlebox has support for up to a massive maximum of 28 players and 1540 total possible commander combinations.
Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar: Aims to swarm and buff attack power on attack while being able to make weenies unblockable. This makes Kediss itself a substantial threat.
Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker: Delays opponents with bounce, soft counterspells, and soft prisons, which force them into casting more spells and punishing them for it while protecting your commander(s).
Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder: Aggressive brawler that utilizes life gain, first/double strike, and fighting (and more fighting) to make an advantage.
Design Decisions
Each half deck is 29 cards + a commander with partner that acts as a theme card with no more than one of any card in any given half-deck except basic lands.
Half-decks may have desirable alternate non-partner commanders under the correct circumstances.
Multi-color half-decks should feature some hybrid cards in their colors and minimal hard multi-color cards; and sparingly hard multi-color cards with multiple colored symbols.
Decks may have no more than two rares and/or mythic rares to help encourage diversity; keep power levels in the casual realm; and make balancing the decks a bit easier. (Lower rarities are unlimited.)

Work in progress // Incomplete:
Working on finding the voice of each commmander partner. Some are obvious, but others can be a bit challenging, especially the uncommmon commmanders.
